JVN Systems has always been agile in our designs and are not locked in to a specific manufacturer. For the core kits to your Zoom and Microsoft Teams Rooms, we are proficient in Crestron, Extron, Logitech, and others.

For rooms other than huddle rooms, we turn to separate audio systems utilizing microphones and speakers. Small conference rooms can be equipped with Microphone – Speaker Combos in sound bar form factors to site at the front wall; manufacturers like Shure, Nureva, Crestron, and Biamp are often used. For larger rooms, we typically use ceiling or table microphones with active beam forming technology to enhance the audio experience for the participants; Shure, Sennheiser, and Biamp are often used in conjunction with Sound Processors from Biamp or QSC.

Video Displays of various sizes are professionally installed on a variety of mounts and provide for the appropriate display size for the room size. We utilize displays from major manufacturers like Samsung, Sharp, Panasonic, LG, Planar, and NEC. We use professional meeting cameras from Aver, Huddly, Logitech, and One Beyond with auto framing and auto tracking capabilities as well as with Pan Tilt Zoom features.

Rooms, where user groups vary or simplicity is the ultimate goal, may see advantages a “Bring Your Own Device” system can provide.
